Vidyawadi - Principal's Message

“The function of the education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character –that is the goal of true education.” - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dear Students, Parents and Staff,

Success for all students is ensured at our school by the delivery of an enriching, child centered, balanced and structured curriculum. We at L.P.S..Ensure high quality education which motivate and empowers our students to be lifelong learners and the productive members of the society.

At L.P.S education is not just the amount of the information put into a child’s brain. It is the one that caters to the individual needs of students as well develop them holistically. Which helps them to adapt the changes to accept the challenges. The generic decided curriculum is relevant for every learner and its critical thinking, problem solving and other all the competency based 21st century skills helps them to nurture their unique interests. The structured learning series and measures at school are time constraint and focuses on providing much exposure to different academic, arts and sports needs of the learners.

Being a teacher in the modern educational world is an exceptionally challenging task. Beyond the daily teaching and grading routine, educators also work to manage student’s behaviors, family pressure and many other difficult issues.

Therefore as mentor of the school it is my duty to support and motivate teachers to create an engaging and collaborative environment for students to learn. I strongly believe that true leader not only directs but also inspires and uplifts team because inspired teachers make more positive difference in student’s life.

Here teachers challenge students to use their imagination, intellect and expectations and also form a bond of mutual trust and respect by inviting them to be a part of their learning journey.

Einstein once said- “Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think and I never teach my pupils, I only provide the conditions in which they can learn.”

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this publication, and my best wishes for continued success in all your endeavors.

Ms. Jyoti Nath
